Avid Announces Interplay | MAM Solution
As part of the company's 'Everywhere' vision, Avid has announced the availability of a new modular media asset management (MAM) solution for the Avid Media Suite.
Interplay | MAM Foundation is a modular, off-the-shelf Interplay | MAM solution offering fast deployment for broadcasters, media publishers and sports organisations.
Interplay | MAM Foundation provides workflows based on a central media store that can:
• Import and export files
• Search, integrate, and automate media
• Support video media workflows
• Access media from anywhere
• Enable users to browse, select, edit, annotate, review, approve, and plan.
Key features of Interplay | MAM Foundation include:
• Interplay | MAM server software
• 10 client licenses
• Integrated support for video and audio assets as well as non-video assets such as image files and documents
• Avid professional services – including installation, testing, integration, and training
• One year of Avid Elite Support.
Interplay | MAM Foundation is aimed at:
• Broadcasters and media publishers capturing, creating, and distributing media to multiple audiences
• Sports organisations including leagues, teams, stadiums, and rights holders that generate revenue through the creation and distribution of sports content.
