Gravity Media And JAM TV Extend AFLW 2026 Broadcast Partnership
Gravity Media has confirmed a partnership with JAM TV to provide broadcast production and technical services for the 2026 AFLW season, reinforcing its long-standing support for one of Australia’s fastest‑growing competitions.
Across the campaign, Gravity Media will cover 45 fixtures, deploying outside broadcast units, remote production technology, satellite and uplink facilities, and specialist technical crews at venues nationwide to power all‑screens coverage on Foxtel and Kayo Sports.
At the heart of the operation is Gravity Media’s proprietary CelBo remote production solution, which leverages cellular and cloud‑based technologies to streamline workflows. The system enables JAM TV to create, direct and deliver a complete broadcast — including on‑screen graphics, commentary and multi‑camera replay — from Gravity Media’s Production Centre in Melbourne.
The AFLW project extends the companies’ broader collaboration on major live sport, following their recent appointment as production partners for the A‑Leagues in Australia and their work on the NAB AFLW – Australia v Ireland match at North Sydney Oval.
Cos Cardone, CEO of JAMTV, said: "JAM TV has been producing AFLW since the very first match of the inaugural season in 2017. Gravity Media have been with us the entire journey and we are delighted to be continuing that partnership with our ongoing production commitment with Foxtel and Kayo Sports. The growth and excitement of AFLW is something we love being a part of and contributing to."
Marcus Doherty, Account Executive – Media Services and Facilities at Gravity Media in Australia, said: "We are proud to continue our partnership with JAM TV on the AFLW, providing broadcast and technical support across another thrilling season of the competition. Working together, we've evolved the broadcast operation by embracing remote technologies and finding new ways to work with greater flexibility."
