Big Blue Marble Earns AWS Managed Services Provider Status

News Image
Big Blue Marble has been recognised as an Amazon Web Services Managed Services Provider, marking a significant milestone for the broadcast and cloud technology specialist.

The designation from Amazon Web Services confirms that the company meets stringent requirements to support the full lifecycle of cloud environments, from initial planning and migration through to ongoing operations and optimisation.

The AWS Managed Services Provider (MSP) programme sets a high standard for partners managing production cloud systems, requiring a rigorous third-party audit of technical expertise, operational processes and business maturity. Companies that achieve MSP status can offer customers closer alignment with AWS, including access to funding, technical resources and support aimed at accelerating cloud adoption.

For Big Blue Marble, the recognition builds on nearly a decade of experience delivering cloud-based video solutions and follows its existing status as an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with Media & Entertainment Competency certification.

"Achieving AWS MSP status reinforces our ability to support media businesses not only in moving to the cloud, but in what comes next," said Krzysztof Bartkowski, CEO at Big Blue Marble Streaming & Cloud Media. "It is critical to focus on how platforms are run, how they scale under real demand, and how they evolve without disrupting ongoing services. Everything has to work as a continuous system, from the initial architecture through to daily operations, and Big Blue Marble delivers value across the entire lifecycle."

The company said the achievement highlights its ability to help broadcasters, telecom operators and content owners scale streaming platforms efficiently while maintaining performance and reliability.
