Big Blue Marble Unveils Live Multiview Channels For Cloud Video Kit

Big Blue Marble has introduced live multiview channels within Cloud Video Kit, its AWS-backed video processing and delivery platform, using AWS Elemental Dynamic Multiview.

The company says the feature lets audiences view multiple live feeds in a single stream and choose their preferred on-screen layout, covering options such as alternate camera angles, simultaneous games or separate channels. It is integrated into the existing Cloud Video Kit stack for encoding, packaging, distribution and content security.

Big Blue Marble added that, unlike server-side compositing, layouts are assembled on demand rather than pre-rendered, so costs scale with the number of encoded source feeds rather than the volume of viewer-created layouts. Streams are protected by a single DRM key and can be delivered to end-user devices without custom SDKs or additional integrations.
