Successful production solution for NRK's 'FBI' and 'Puls'
The two successful productions, FBI and Puls, have had their season premier with a new production solution delivered by Mediateket.
The main objective for the project was work flow, based on an IT solution, completely without VTR's. The productions are also web cast, as well as transmission by traditional TV broadcasting. The solution consists of Incite Multimedia editing and media management as well as Geevs video servers.
Mediateket has integrated the solution to work with NRK's Avid LANshare environment for media exchange.
Geevs Broadcast Video Servers provide capture and playout facilities. In this application Geevs integrates tightly with Incite for seamless sharing of media and metadata.
