Lightware Americas Bolsters Business Development

Lightware Americas has expanded its business development function to better serve higher education and enterprise clients, promoting Moose Adams to Director of Business Development while Business Development Manager Kristen Garner approaches her first anniversary with the company. The changes signal a drive for closer customer engagement and long-term partnerships across key markets.

Adams has been Director of Enterprise Sales since 2023 and has drawn on extensive technology-sector experience spanning sales leadership, business development and customer relationship management to strengthen Lightware’s footprint in the Americas. His work has provided insight into enterprise priorities and the hurdles behind technology decisions; in his new role he will build on that perspective to develop opportunities and align the company’s offering with customers’ long-term objectives.

Her work combines direct customer engagement with developing AV solutions around organisations’ practical needs, giving her valuable insight into both commercial priorities and technical requirements. At Lightware, she pairs that experience with a hands-on approach to customer education, including co-hosting sessions on USB technology and modern AV applications. This blend helps customers make informed decisions about meeting rooms, teaching spaces and collaborative environments.
