HK Audio Unveils DSP CONTROL 4.2 Now With Bulk Updates

HK Audio has announced DSP CONTROL 4.2, the latest update to its control software, bringing new tools aimed at speeding up setup and simplifying day-to-day system management.

DSP CONTROL is an intuitive Mac and PC application that enables precise tuning, firmware deployment and remote adjustment of DSP parameters across all network-enabled HK Audio loudspeakers.

Version 4.2 introduces a bulk update function so multiple devices can receive firmware at the same time, reducing turnaround compared with updating units one by one. The software now supports 20 preset slots per device, giving users greater flexibility when storing and recalling configurations. Language support has also been expanded, with additional options including French, Italian, Norwegian and Swedish.

For users of LINEAR 5 MK2 loudspeakers, the update raises the maximum delay time to 50 ms and refines certified MILAN functionality.
