HK Audio Announces Generational Leadership Transition

HK Audio has announced a planned generational change in its leadership, with an experienced internal management team assuming responsibility for the company from 1 January 2026.

The transition marks the next phase in the company's long-term corporate development strategy and has been initiated by founder and managing director Lothar Stamer as part of a sustainable succession plan.

The future management team comprises three long-standing HK Audio executives who have played a central role in shaping the company’s growth and success over many years. Christian Jordan, currently Chief Sales Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, Holger Kartes, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operations Officer, and Stefan Persch, Chief Financial Officer, will jointly take over management responsibilities. The transfer of leadership duties will take place gradually from the beginning of 2026 and in close coordination with the current management.

Holger Kartes represents technological excellence across the entire value chain, from production and global supply chain management to the ongoing development of “Made in Germany” product and system solutions. As CFO, Stefan Persch contributes comprehensive expertise in finance, controlling and corporate governance, supporting economic stability and sustainable growth.
