Three New Dramas Announced For Channel 4

Channel 4 has unveiled details for three new contemporary drama series. They are Loaded, Foreign Bodies, and Kiss Me First.

For Channel 4, Loaded is a new comedy drama series from Jon Brown, looking at what it means to be incredibly rich at a time when your friends are almost certainly poor.

Foreign Bodies is a new comedy drama for E4 and follows five young travellers on a journey to find paradise – while also trying to find themselves. The script has been written by Tom Basden.

Also commissioned for E4, Bryan Elsley returns with Kiss Me First, a series which features state-of-the-art animation sequences mixed with live action. An emotional thriller, it follows the lives of a group of young gamers and through them explores the relationship between social media and self-image.

Piers Wenger, Head of Drama, said: "I'm delighted to be announcing a slate of brand new series for Channel 4 and E4. 2016 and 17 will see a consistent presence of topical, entertaining drama across the schedule and I'm excited to be working with a range of co-production partners to make these ambitious new series."
