Drake offer round the clock support for intercom users

The new Drake user support service, 24x7 User Support, will offer technical support, advice and guidance for Drake intercom users 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Drake is the first broadcast Intercom supplier to offer such a level of support.
From September 12, all Drake products purchased will come with a 1-year warranty, plus free 24x7 user support for a whole year. After that time, Drake will develop a customised and comprehensive maintenance program on an individual basis with each customer.
Danny Burns Managing Director for Drake Electronics said: “Drake is clearly the European leader in Broadcast Intercom, and we’re doing everything we can to be world leader. By implementing influential marketing strategies in Japan and USA and major investment in FreeSpeak, the world’s first wireless user panel, Drake are now leading the way by establishing the industries first 24 x 7 user support centre.”
He added: “Drake recognises that a fully functional intercom system is critical to the smooth operation of studios and outside broadcasts, so it’s really important that help is at hand 24 x 7 to rectify any difficulties immediately”.
Customers and Distributors who call the new global support call centre will be guaranteed a rapid response from the service centre which is staffed round the clock, so it doesn’t matter where in the world you are or what time zone you are in, someone will always be on hand to help.
