Framestore's Simon Bourne Scoops Video Award

Framestore's Simon Bourne triumphed at last night’s UK Music Video Awards at the Empire Leicester Square, winning Best Telecine in a video for Plan B Love Goes Down, as directed by Daniel Wolfe.
Simon had two nominations in the category, with the second shortlist being for another Plan B video, The Recluse.

On winning the award Simon said: "It is really gratifying to win this award, the competition in the category was really strong. Plan B videos are beautifully crafted and working with Daniel Wolfe was, as always, a pleasure."
Simon and Daniel have had a long term collaboration and have worked together on all the promos for the singles from Plan B's critically acclaimed album, The Defamation of Strickland Banks.
The company for which Simon works, Framestore, has been working in digital film and video for over two decades.
The company had a strong start to 2011 winning their 15th VES Award for 'Outstanding Animated Character in a Live Action Motion Picture' for their creation of Dobby in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. The company also won an OSCAR and BAFTA for the same project.
Framestore has also contributed to such films as Clash of the Titans, Avatar,The Dark Knight, The Golden Compass and Australia.
