Arqiva Appoints Simon Duffy As Board Chair

Arqiva has appointed Simon Duffy as Chair of its Board.

Duffy is an experienced business leader with executive and non-executive experience across public and private companies in the UK and internationally. His career spans the media, telecommunications, technology and entertainment sectors, including board roles with Oger Telecom, Wizz Air and Millicom.

He also brings extensive experience in corporate transformation, finance and governance. His previous senior executive positions include Chief Executive Officer of NTL and Chief Financial Officer of Orange.

Duffy currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of Modern Times Group AB, Viaplay Group AB and LW Theatres Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of LW Entertainment Holdings Limited.
