MEDIAGENIX ANNOUNCE PRODUCT UPGRADES AT NAB
MEDIAGENIX have announced product upgrades to their WHATS’On and SPOT’On package at NAB.
The updated features enable broadcasters to successfully exploit their entire inventory of channels, maximising the efficiency of advertising campaigns.
WHATS’On is a system that acts as the information backbone for the entire station. It is an integrated software application that covers the entire spectrum of channel management.
MediaGeniX’s Chief Technology Officer Patrick Steyaert said: “WHATS’On is a complete package of channel management solutions for programme scheduling and asset management.
"Information, accessible in real time by all individual users, is centralised and integrated into one complete system, enabling management and technical staff access to up to date information at the level which they require.”
In addition to the features of WHATS’On, SPOT’ON is able to connect all parties involved in campaign management using on-line communication technology. TV sales people, media, buyers, media planners and advertisers can all have online access to allow retrieval and analysis of programme and spot information as well as status and performance of campaigns.
SPOT’On and WHATS’On interact tightly to allow a station to harmonise its programme planning and sales policy on a strategic and operational level.
MediaGeniX was founded in 1992 under the name of 00 Partners. Following investments from Capricorn Ventures and Pythagoras, 00 Partners re-emerged in 1997 as MediaGeniX. Clients include commercial and public broadcasters from Belgium, Denmark, Nordic Countries and the UK
