GALSNGEAR Tequity Talk Podcast Returns

#GALSNGEAR® will release Season 3 of its Tequity Talk podcast on Tuesday, Oct. 13, with new episodes dropping every Tuesday through Dec. 15.

Hosted and executive produced by #GALSNGEAR founder Amy DeLouise, the series features women working across media, technology, and entertainment. Episodes – now available in video too – cover industry trends, career pathways, and innovations in broadcast, film, immersive, live events, and digital media storytelling. Tequity Talk is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and other major podcast platforms.

Women behind some of the biggest trends and innovations in screen media are not often heard on other podcasts. Tequity Talk focuses on their stories and careers, their insiders take on trends, and on the industry's progress on gender equity.

Tequity Talk launched in fall 2025, and Season 2 followed in spring 2026, each with ten episodes. The two seasons have drawn a cumulative 76,810 downloads as of September 2026. North America accounts for more than 83% of listeners, followed by Europe at 6.5% and the Middle East at 4.8%. Women make up 82.3% of the audience, and listeners aged 35 to 44 form the largest age group at 49.4%.

Popular past episodes cover women in sports broadcasting, motion design tools and trends, cinematography, and visual effects, with guests including Wendy McInroy of Olympic Broadcasting Services and Beverly Toweett of Netflix.
