Proton Camera Innovations Appoints Tod Musgrave

Proton Camera Innovations has announced the appointment of broadcast AV professional Tod Musgrave as its new US Sales & Marketing Director, as part of a series of updates surrounding the NAB Show 2026.

Musgrave is widely recognised within the broadcast sector for his work in the miniature camera market. He brings more than a decade of experience from Marshall Electronics, where he founded and led the company’s Camera Division as Senior Director. During his tenure, he oversaw camera design, product lifecycle management, marketing and global sales, contributing to the wider adoption of compact broadcast cameras across diverse production settings.

In his new position, Musgrave will lead efforts to expand Proton’s presence across the United States. His role will focus on advancing the company’s miniature camera technologies, supporting market education and driving growth through sales and marketing initiatives. He will also work closely with customers and partners to enable new broadcast and production workflows.
