Hrvatski Telekom Expands Agama Solution

Agama has announced that Hrvatski Telekom, a leading telecom provider in Croatia, has expanded its Agama solution with advanced headend and network observability tools, including the integration of Analyzer OTT with Promotheus.
Hrvatski Telekom uses Agama's extended solution to gain deep insights into its rapidly growing OTT services on Android STBs, Smart TVs, and mobile devices. The integration of Analyzer OTT has greatly improved visibility of client behaviour and channel performance. Using Prometheus add-on, an open-source monitoring tool designed for high data ingestion, has yielded additional valuable insights, allowing for seamless integration with other systems and enriched, in-depth analysis of the entire data path, from servers and virtualisation to core network infrastructure.
"Thanks to Agama and its Analyzer OTT, and Prometheus integration, we now benefit from a single-pane-of-glass view across all channels and service profiles," said Robert Karačić, Technical Manager for Quality Assurance at Hrvatski Telekom. "It also empowers us with precise and reliable alerts, reducing noise and helping our teams focus on real issues that impact service quality."
"As video delivery becomes more complex, a scalable and open approach to observability is critical,” says Anders Svensson, Co-founder & Senior Fellow at Agama. "We're proud to support Hrvatski Telekom in building a proactive, intelligent monitoring strategy that grows with their evolving services."
The Agama E2E Video Observability and Analytics solution provides data-driven insights and automation – empowering video service providers and their Operational, Product, Marketing and Management teams. The solution for head-end and network observability creates transparency and visibility for each step of the video delivery chain, enabling data-driven decision-making, shorter time-to-fix and ensuring service performance. It is flexible and can be implemented in any type of head-end technology.
