Brompton Technology Appoints Cesar Caceres As New Product Lead

Brompton Technology has appointed Cesar Caceres, who will be joining the company's cross-functional product development team as their Product Lead.

Having worked at Brompton between 2017 and 2019 as Product Specialist, followed by senior technical roles at disguise and Votion Studios [Hong Kong], Caceres is an expert when it comes to knowing how to use technology to create and deliver spectacular visual, virtual, and live experiences. In his new role as Product Lead, Caceres returns to Brompton to help lead the way with new and existing products, liaising with Brompton’s key customers across the globe and building deeper connections with them.

Reporting directly to Richard Mead, Brompton's CEO, the position presents Caceres with a great opportunity to become a true ‘product champion’, spreading the word about the company’s latest product announcements, explaining their key benefits, garnering customer feedback to aid with future development and offering support on the best way of using Brompton’s solutions.

Another important area of the job will be to make sure customers understand Brompton's concept of technology and the company’s product roadmap. "As well as sharing Brompton’s insights, my key objective will be taking the best feedback we can from our customers and bringing it back to the team. Essentially, I am strengthening the ‘bridge’ that was already there between the customer and the company, listening carefully to the feedback and having direct discussions about how Brompton can help our customers have even better experience," Caceres adds.
