axle Video Announces Seminar Session

axle Video is teaming up with Adobe and MediaSmiths for a joint session of information, talks and seminars next Thursday. 'Video Collaboration: New Ideas', will highlight key trends in the broadcast and postproduction space.

The agenda is as follows:

Big Picture overview - Hear what's happening across the broadcast and postproduction industries today from Steve Sharman, CTO at Mediasmiths International. Mediasmiths are industry thought leaders, supplier of file based workflows, media technology training and Adobe® Anywhere systems integrators.

Distributed Editing - Niels Stevens will review and discuss how Adobe® Anywhere lets users of Adobe professional video solutions collaborate, using centralised media, across standard networks.

Radically Simple Media Management - axle Video's Neil Blake will show attendees how to stop hunting for media and start being productive, with explanations on how to simply and affordably add media management to current workflows and shared storage.

Q & A and Demos - the session will close with an open panel discussion and demos, with opportunity for hands on interaction and product and workflow discussions.
