Munford Joins As Commercial Director In MediaCityUK

Building on 15 years at BT Media and Broadcast, Ian Munford has now joined The Studios, MediaCityUK as Commercial Director.
Commenting on his appointment, he said: "I'm looking forward to leading the commercial activity for The Studios, MediaCityUK; offering insight into new ways of working with our partners, developing our propositions both in the UK and internationally, and ensuring that we offer the most comprehensive solutions possible."

Having delivered against some of the most demanding multi-channel TV productions, Ian brings a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of digital media workflow. He also has practical experience of how cloud technologies can smooth production processes, reduce costs and help media companies react to opportunities in the consumer market. His work has spanned a range of projects including the acclaimed BT Rich Media, BT’s cloud based media software services, and IPTV.
