Chyron supply control system to Scanners OBs

Chyron Corporation have supplied an Aurora control system, with Freeway matrices and control panels, to Scanners Outside Broadcasts in the UK.
The Pro-Bel Freeway routers were purchased by Scanners to provide the signal routing and control functionality for a new digital production unit. A second Freeway system was purchased for a new VTR truck - which is designed to work in conjunction with the digital OB vehicle.
Mick Bass, managing director at Scanners Outside Broadcasts, explained: "The refurbished vehicle allows us to better meet the needs of our customers, and we'll be relying on the Pro-Bel products for critical functionality in very high-profile situations."
