TREBLE GOLD FOR CRAFT AT THE MILL

THE MILL, London-based digital visual effects facility, have scooped three Gold Awards at the British Television Advertising Craft Awards, held at the Royal Lancaster Gate Hotel in Hyde Park on November 1.
The Mill had five nominations in all three post-related categories; ‘Best Colourist’, ‘Best Video Post Production’ and ‘Best Computer Animation’. As well as winning the Gold Award for all three, The Mill also picked up the Silver Award in ‘Best Post Production’ and ‘Best Computer Animation’. The Mill’s award fest meant they were the only post-production facility to win an award this year.
The ‘Best Crafted Commercial of the Year’ went to Guinness ‘Bet On Black’, posted by The Mill for Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO. ‘Bet on Black’ also won ‘Best Video Post Production’ at The Mill.
Barnsley at The Mill received ‘Best Computer Animation’ for Sony Playstation. Adam Scott won ‘Best Colourist’ for Sony Playstation at The Mill.
