Soho Editors Training teams up with Scrub to deliver Pro Tools training in Soho

Soho Editors Training (SET), part of the Soho Editors Group, has announced a partnership with Scrub to provide Pro Tools training to the audio post-production sector.
Training will take place in SET’s Soho based training site, where fully-loaded and fully customisable ICON D-Control and D-Command desks are set up to facilitate any Pro Tools training requirement, along with full 5.1 surround sound.
The Pro Tools training will be provided by Niels Stevens a Digidesign Certified Trainer with significant experience as Scrub’s chief trainer and product specialist. Initial training consultation will be provided free of charge and sessions can be one-to-one, or up to a maximum of three trainees.
“We are extremely pleased to be able to further expand our training offering to the post industry,” said Greg Day, Head of Training and Events for Soho Editors. “We feel that fully bespoke Pro Tools training to match the needs of audio operators and facilities will fill a skill gap that is becoming more and more apparent and we are delighted to be working with Scrub to fill this."
Soho Editors Training is also an Apple Authorised Training Centre, and was the first in the UK for Pro-Apps, such as Final Cut Pro and Motion.
The company will be expanding its audio training by offering Logic Pro training in the next few months.
