Lumine Group Acquires Imagine Communications

Lumine Group Inc. has announced the acquisition of Imagine Communications Holdings Inc. through one of its subsidiaries, further expanding its footprint across the global media supply chain sector.

The deal strengthens Lumine Group's position in communications and media software, with Imagine Communications bringing a portfolio of video connectivity solutions, channel origination software and hardware, and AI-enabled advertising management and monetisation tools. Headquartered in the United States, the company serves customers across the global broadcast and media technology market.

Imagine Communications said the acquisition would provide stability and support for its long-term innovation strategy.

Lumine Group described the transaction as part of its ongoing strategy to acquire and hold communications and media software businesses for the long term, integrating them into a decentralised operating model while allowing acquired companies to remain independently run.
