Imagine Communications Highlights IP And Cloud Innovations
At the NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas, Imagine Communications is set to showcase new developments across its Make and Monetize portfolio, focusing on software-based solutions for IP and cloud-enabled workflows.
The company said its latest technologies are designed to help media organisations modernise operations, streamline workflows and strengthen business models, particularly in multisite environments and next-generation advertising.
Among the launches is Prismon, the newest addition to Imagine’s multiviewer portfolio. The software-defined platform combines master control and cloud capabilities with support for large-scale monitoring across production, playout, distribution and streaming. Prismon’s distributed architecture allows operators to manage thousands of signals across multiple formats—including SDI, SMPTE ST 2110, ST 2022-6 and OTT—through a single interface.
Also on display is SNP-XS, a compact extension of the company’s Selenio Network Processor range. Designed for space-constrained environments such as mobile production and remote sites, SNP-XS delivers high-performance processing with ultra-quiet operation while supporting both IP and SDI workflows.
Imagine is also showcasing its XVR playout engines, which support ingest, playout and unified origination across a range of deployment models, including cloud-based and SMPTE ST 2110 environments. Built on modern Linux and data centre technologies, XVR offers flexible pricing options and supports a wide range of formats without the need for transcoding, helping to reduce operational costs.
Rounding out the portfolio is OSI-X, the latest version of Imagine’s traffic and billing platform. Built on a cloud-native architecture with a browser-based interface, OSI-X is designed to support broadcasters managing increasingly complex advertising workflows across linear TV, streaming and connected TV platforms. The system also incorporates enhanced security features and supports industry standards aimed at simplifying ad buying and operations.
Imagine Communications said the new solutions reflect growing demand for flexible, scalable infrastructure as broadcasters transition toward IP-based and cloud-driven operations.
