MBC Group Appoints Mishari Naji Al Ibrahim To Board Of Directors

MBC Group announced the appointment of Mr. Mishari Naji Al Ibrahim to its Board of Directors, effective June 23, 2026, as the media company continues to strengthen its leadership structure amid ongoing regional growth and expansion efforts.

MBC Group, which is listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) under ticker symbol 4072, said the appointment follows the resignation of Eng. Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Ruwaita, previously announced on June 17.

The company's Board of Directors expressed appreciation for Al-Ruwaita's service and contributions during his tenure, thanking him for his role within the organization and wishing him success in his future endeavours.

Al Ibrahim joins the board with extensive experience spanning the education, media, entertainment and tourism sectors. He currently serves as Head of Entertainment, Leisure and Hospitality Investments at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he has been involved in strategic investments and initiatives aimed at advancing economic diversification and long-term development objectives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

According to MBC Group, Al Ibrahim has played a role in supporting projects and investments designed to strengthen emerging industries and create sustainable growth opportunities within the Kingdom.
