Bauer Media Audio To Bring Brands To Amazon Fire TV Channels

Bauer Media has announced that Bauer Media Audio is now an official launch video content provider for Amazon’s Fire TV Channels.

Already available in the United States, Fire TV Channels will roll out to the UK, Germany and Canada in the coming months. The agreement will make Bauer Media Audio’s programming available to Fire TV users, significantly broadening reach beyond its owned-and-operated services and enabling deeper engagement in high-growth connected TV environments.

At launch, Bauer Media Audio will debut channels from a range of flagship brands and podcasts. In the UK, these include Hits Radio, KISS, Pete Wicks’ Man Made, Katherine Ryan’s What’s My Age Again, and Lost in Translation. In Ireland, line-up highlights include Off The Ball, Newstalk, Talking Bollox, Mark Mehigan's Weekly Roast, Stall It and Family Flowers Only. Fire TV customers will be able to access Bauer Media Audio’s video and video podcast content without any subscription requirement, creating fresh audience touchpoints.

The move advances Bauer Media Audio’s strategy to grow its audiovisual presence and evolve as a multi‑platform content business. By extending distribution to connected TV, the company aims to strengthen cross‑platform engagement, scale beyond traditional audio, and build a more diversified, future‑focused media ecosystem with additional AV inventory for advertisers.

Tobias Nielsen, SVP of Digital, Bauer Media Audio, said: “Launching on Amazon Fire TV marks an important step in scaling our audiovisual distribution and unlocking new commercial opportunities across connected TV. By bringing our UK and Ireland brands to Fire TV’s curated channels platform, we’re expanding our reach beyond owned platforms and creating new high-value advertising opportunities.”
