Visionary Appoints Ryan Nowak As VP Of IPTV & Signage Solutions

Visionary, a prominent global leader in AV-over-IP technology, has announced the appointment of Ryan Nowak as Vice President of IPTV & Signage Solutions. In this newly created role, Nowak is tasked with overseeing system architecture, technical alignment, and international deployment strategies for Visionary's IPTV offerings. Tasked with supporting a global network of partners and clients, Nowak will collaborate across the company's engineering and product management departments to deliver scalable signage and IPTV solutions tailored for the broadcast, sports, healthcare, and enterprise sectors.
 
Nowak brings more than 20 years of experience spanning IPTV systems engineering, global solution deployments and product strategy leadership. He will work closely with Visionary's product management, engineering and support teams to ensure scalable and reliable IPTV and signage deployments across enterprise, education, healthcare, sports and broadcast environments.
 
Prior to joining Visionary, Nowak held multiple senior leadership roles at VITEC, where he most recently served as Strategic Growth Unit Product Director for Engage and Connect solutions. Earlier roles included Head of Product Management for Platforms and Director of Deployments, where he led global IPTV and signage deployments across diverse network environments. Earlier in his career, Nowak spent more than a decade with the Green Bay Packers as a technology systems engineer, supporting and maintaining technology systems across Lambeau Field and other managed facilities, including live-event operations and fan-facing technology environments.

Visionary's IPTV and digital signage platforms are built around PackeTV, the browser-based management software that serves as the control layer for system configuration, monitoring and content delivery. PackeTV is a Linux-based application designed to manage AV sources and endpoints while supporting live streaming, playback of recorded content and content archiving. Through a single web interface, administrators can manage and monitor live broadcast television, encoded and streamed sources, prerecorded media and on-demand content uploads. The platform provides tools for system control, scheduling, recording and delivery across enterprise-scale IP networks without the need for proprietary client software.
