Visionary Appoints Phillip Cordell As VP Of Marketing

Visionary Solutions has appointed Phillip Cordell as vice president of marketing, creating a new leadership role focused on expanding the company's investment in digital content, customer education and the adoption of AV-over-IP technologies.

Based in Santa Barbara, California, Visionary Solutions said the appointment supports its continued growth strategy and strengthens its focus on brand development, marketing initiatives and resources for partners, integrators and end users.

Cordell brings extensive audiovisual industry experience combined with a background in creative content production. He spent more than 13 years working in AV integration, progressing from field technician to vice president of technical operations at M3 Technology Group, where he led engineering, installation and technical support teams.

Following the sale of his stake in the company in 2020, Cordell founded HiPhi Productions, producing award-winning films, television and digital content that has generated more than 50 million social media views.

In his new role, Cordell will oversee Visionary’s marketing strategy, brand development and digital content programmes, while helping expand educational resources for the company’s growing network of partners and customers. His experience in production will support the creation of online training, technical education, product demonstrations and multimedia content designed to encourage adoption of Visionary’s portfolio, including the recently launched nexAV We-Cosystem.
