Visionary Appoints Sandy Sousa As Sales Support Manager

Visionary Solutions, a global innovator in AV-over-IP and IPTV technologies, has named Sidalia "Sandy" Sousa as sales support manager. Sousa joins following more than 28 years at Crestron Electronics, where she most recently served as senior manager of sales administration across the company's AV and shades business.

In her new role, Sousa will back Visionary's sales team, dealers and integration partners with order processing, logistics and day-to-day sales operations, helping ensure partners receive timely products and support as demand grows for Visionary's AV-over-IP and IPTV solutions.

Sousa began at Crestron in 1997 and spent nearly three decades supporting its sales organisation through a period of substantial expansion. Her experience spans audiovisual, videoconferencing and lighting control, and she led sales administration for Crestron's audiovisual and shading product lines. In the early years of Crestron's dealer relationships, she handled logistics, inventory challenges and urgent project requirements for multi-store retail partners, earning a reputation for integrity, creative problem-solving and a readiness to question convention. Prior to Crestron, she spent 13 years as senior sales support at Bell Container Corp.
