Rede Atlântida Relies On AEQ Technology

Rede Atlântida, the largest youth radio network in southern Brazil, has taken a new step in its technical modernisation with the addition of the AEQ CAPITOL IP digital console to its main broadcast studio in Santa Catarina.

Owned by the renowned RBS Group, Rede Atlântida was founded in 1981 as an evolution of the Gaúcha-Zero Hora FM radio station, which was established in Porto Alegre in 1976. In addition, it allows up to 16 AoIP channels via two Ethernet connections or up to 64 MADI channels via fibre optic.
