IdeasUnlimited.tv to enhance media finger printing and slash costs at IBC2004

IdeasUnlimited.tv is to launch advanced upgrades of its ContentProbe hardware and software at IBC2004, starting at the same price as existing versions.
The automated content monitoring and verification specialist is also to confirm major orders for its revolutionary ContentProbe range of solutions.
IdeasUnlimited.tv’s latest hardware developments include a substantially enhanced specification ContentProbe 2000 with Xeon CPU and hot-swappable storage at the same price as the previous model. In addition, the company is to launch a lower-cost SDI option and the ContentProbe 500 to reduce entry level hardware costs by 50%.
New software features include the Remote Compliance option, which allows operators to view 24 hours of high quality Windows Media picture streams on demand from a remote ContentProbe. ContentProbe optionally stores the data for up to 100 days for review at any time for regulatory or contractual processes.
ContentProbe’s automatic email error reports can now include 30-second Windows Media files in addition to Adobe PDFs containing JPEG mini-pics. IdeasUnlimited.tv’s systems remain as flexible as ever and interoperate with third party systems including OmniBus G3.
“IdeasUnlimited.tv is dedicated to making it easy and cost-effective for all broadcasters to verify, check compliance and track faults in all the material they transmit,” says IdeasUnlimited.tv’s Managing Director Glyn Powell-Evans. “These latest developments exemplify the technological advances we continue to make as we deliver affordable solutions to organisations of all sizes and budgets.”
