Framestore CFC purchases DK-Audio meter
Danish manufacturer DK-Audio has supplied an MSD200C audio meter to Soho-based Framestore CFC, the largest visual effects and computer animation company in Europe.
Framestore CFC is a long-term customer of DK-Audio and has the company’s audio metering equipment in the majority of its London suites. The latest addition is being used in a Flame suite, which handles digital video and compositing projects for television commercials.
Andy Howard, Framestore CFC’s senior engineer, said: “We like DK-Audio meters because they give us a lot of information about the audio signal, which is important when you are dealing with digital audio for final broadcast mixes. All our long-form and commercial suites now have DK-Audio meters and we have always been very happy with their performance.”
