iWedia S.A Teams Up With Simply.TV

iWedia S.A and Simply.TV have announced a partnership to deliver enhanced user experiences for global broadcast TV.

The new joint solution increases engagement time on Live TV and offers multiple options for OEMs to enable new revenue streams including ads placement.

The solution is being launched at the Consumer Electronics Show 2023, Las Vegas, happening from January 5th to 8th, where iWedia and Simply.TV representatives will be present demoing their solutions.

Simply.TV's innovative technology has already enabled many leading brands to redesign and improve their TV experiences with rich metadata provided on a global scale across linear and streaming services. Built on AI and ML-driven technologies and combined with cutting-edge editorial workflows, Simply.tv is key to advanced content discovery as well as deep in-market metadata coverage.

Using its expertise in broadcast TV software on Android based devices, iWedia has developed an unparalleled Live TV experience for TV and STB manufacturers. While paying special attention to compliance with local broadcasting standards, iWedia has partnered with Simply.tv to enhance the experience with rich metadata and advanced content discovery. The new joint solution increases engagement time on Live TV and offers multiple options for OEMs to enable new revenue streams such as ads placement.
