NEO Studios Launches Documentary On Benfica Campus

A four-part documentary on the legendary Benfica Campus has been announced by NEO Studios.

The talent production line of outstanding footballers coming from the famous Benfica Campus takes centre stage in the new documentary series "Factory of Dreams: Benfica", announced by NEO Studios today.

A NEO Studios production set for distribution in the US together with key European and Asia markets in the coming weeks, Factory of Dreams: Benfica provides unprecedented access to the Benfica Campus, which has been responsible in recent years for developing world-class Portuguese and international stars. Both current academy players and some of the club's famous graduates including António Silva, Henrique Araújo, João Felix, Rúben Dias, Ederson, João Cancelo are featured in four episodes incorporating a year of filming.

The show gives "The Eagles" passionate supporters and all sports fans worldwide a backstage pass to the Benfica Campus during the 2021-22 season. As developing youth players look to establish themselves in the senior team of the most decorated club in Portuguese football, viewers will enjoy fascinating insights into the training methods which continue to make the Campus a global success story. The documentary also uncovers the highs and lows these young talents experience in making their way in the professional game, including those of breakthrough academy players Henrique Araújo and Antonio Silva.
