PlayBox Neo Maintains A Strong Presence Across The World

News Image
PlayBox Neo is only half way through the year and has already experienced sustained demand for the company's wide range of smart media solutions, reporting yet another busy period, with significant innovation upgrades platformed at major global industry events.

In addition, the sizeable range of organisations investing in PlayBox Neo technology gives an indication that the media industry is thriving.

High visibility across APAC, MENA and the Americas has further reinforced tight bonds between business partners and customers by exhibiting at world-class events such as the NAB Show, CABSAT, BroadcastAsia and ASBU, with many more to follow as we enter the next half of the year.

The launch of PlayBox Neo Suite as the newest addition to the range of smart media innovations has brought great interest already. PlayBox Neo Suite is an extensive suite of solutions that streamlines and enhances workflows of media organisations such as TV channels, satellite operators, content creators, and OTTs. The current 'Channel in a Box' product line integrates seamlessly with the PlayBox Neo Suite, therefore maximising existing investments while providing a unified interface for future upgrades.

April's NAB Show in Las Vegas provided the PlayBox Neo team with a compelling booth presence, teamed with informative demonstrations of the range of smart media playout solutions, with excellent industry engagement.

Among recent examples of meeting demand in North America is Canada's Miracle Channel upgrading its existing system with two single-channel AirBox Neo playouts from PlayBox Neo after a decade of 24/7 use. PlayBox Neo enhanced the religious broadcaster’s operations with the latest versions of AirBox Neo, TitleBox Neo, and Ingest application of PlayBox Neo Suite, delivering comprehensive content control and round-the-clock reliability. The new feature upgrades further increase playout power and speed for the broadcaster's two linear channels - Miracle Channel and Corco Channel, including streaming service Corco+.

In addition, leading South American internet subscription TV service provider Zapping Sports Ecuador invested in a PlayBox Neo Channel-in-a-Box HD server to power its subscription-based online streaming service over the internet

PlayBox Neo's CABSAT 2025 presence at the Dubai World Trade Centre in the UAE this May included regional outreach, key meetings and market expansion. The highlight of the event was PlayBox Neo Suite receiving the 'Best in Broadcast Playout' Award at the BroadcastPro Manufacturer Awards ceremony held during CABSAT at the H Hotel in Dubai. The award pays tribute to innovative manufacturers in the broadcast sector and is a valued mark of excellence, signifying credibility, respect and acknowledgement among clients and peers alike, honouring companies that celebrate excellence.

PlayBox Neo remains a vital player in meeting Asia's strong and ongoing demand, with the booth at BroadcastAsia in Singapore experiencing solid traffic and shining a light on the technology positively impacting the APAC region. Making the APAC market debut, the latest addition to the range of smart media innovations – the award-winning PlayBox Neo Suite.

Notably Thai TC Broadcasting, a systems integrator subsidiary of Thaicom, joined the growing number of dynamic and ambitious television broadcasters upgrading to PlayBox Neo’s Multi Playout Manager (MPM), including the very latest updates to its Channel-in-a-Box HD servers to keep ahead of the curve. TC Broadcasting provides turnkey services for live on air TV stations and kick-started using PlayBox Neo’s MPM to access and control playout.

ZOE TV ZOE Broadcasting Network, Inc. (ZBNI/ZOE TV), a valued customer of PlayBox Neo for over a decade, has further solidified its position among global television networks by upgrading its infrastructure with PlayBox Neo’s fully integrated channel branding and playout solutions.
ZBNI is a leading multimedia network that is well-respected in The Philippines and is one of the country's most established free-to-air television networks, transmitting programmes over the network and using direct-to-home satellite infrastructure.

In late June, the ASBU TV & Radio Convention in Tunisia provided strategic visibility in the MENA region where PlayBox Neo demonstrated its complete range of over-the-air and online channel management systems, software and cloud-based services.

"Our ongoing investment in exhibiting at major trade shows gives us valuable visibility to the broadcast industry. Engaging with people face to face is of paramount importance in our line of work, and to meet up with customers and partners at these shows is invaluable. PlayBox Neo remains steadfastly at the forefront of product scalability, by continuing to invest in innovation that reinforces broadcasters businesses with enhanced workflows and reliable steady platforms," commented PlayBox Neo CEO Pavlin Rahnev.

PlayBox Neo's IBC 2025 presence will be next to demonstrate how straightforward PlayBox Neo systems are to install and operate. Visitors to IBC 2025 can witness the world-wide impact that PlayBox Neo’s award-winning solutions have established throughout television and branding channels on the PlayBox Neo Stand 7.C35.
