Sky Wins Green Light For New Livingston Campus In Major Scotland Investment

Sky has secured planning permission for its new Livingston Campus, unlocking a major investment and underscoring the company's long-term commitment to Scotland. The decision marks a key step towards delivering a significant new workplace development in West Lothian.

The approved plans will bring Sky's existing functions together in a modern, sustainability-led site for about 3,000 employees. The project replaces four buildings at Kirkton Campus and leased space at the Alba Campus, creating a single location spanning 15 acres and over 21,000 m², with expanded green areas and adaptable, contemporary workspaces.

The investment is described as a strong signal of confidence in West Lothian and Scotland's economy, expected to support hundreds of jobs and open up opportunities for local suppliers, SMEs and other businesses during construction and in the day-to-day running of the site.

Sky has been part of the Livingston community for more than 30 years, with the location playing a vital role in the company's UK operations and serving as one of its most important employment centres. The enlarged campus is intended to provide a future-ready base for staff and help drive Sky's growth ambitions in Scotland.

The Livingston project is part of Sky's ongoing presence in Scotland. GRAHAM has been named principal contractor and will lead delivery as the scheme advances into its next phase.
