Network Electronics win large NATO order
Norwegian system installation group YIT are to deliver a large complement of Network Electronics’ VikinX multimedia routers to NATO.
Wiggo Evensen, Network Electronics’ managing director of sales and marketing, announced the order.
The multimedia routers’ unparalleled high performance and affordable price point in addition to their unusually large configuration were all major factors in YIT’s decision. The order is comprised of V6464RGBHV + AA (64 x 64 RGBHV plus audio routers) and V3232RBGHV +AA (32 x 32 RGBHV plus audio routers) units.
The potential in advanced multimedia systems has increased dramatically according to Evensen. He said: “Network’s extensive experience building large multimedia routers will give us a significant advantage as we develop more products to accommodate the market.”
