Telemetrics to debut camera robotics systems at NAB

Telemetrics will be demonstrating the company’s new line of Digital Servo Controlled Pan/Tilt Heads, Elevating Wall Mounts and Camera Track Systems at NAB 2002.
The new 'S2' series equipment delivers smooth convergent presets, greater feedback accuracy and speed range.
In addition, Telemetrics will debut the new CP-D-3A Camera Robotics Control Panel at the show. The new unit features a modular design that can be easily expanded and upgraded. The basic panel includes a high quality three axis joystick for pan, tilt and zoom functions. These functions have speed select knobs to adjust for joystick sensitivity. Options include camera ROP control, iris master block control, and a rocker switch for variable speed control of the Televator Elevating Pedestal or camera track left and right. In addition, the CP-D-3A Camera Robotics Control Panel can be used for stand alone operation and has expansion options for multiple cameras and preset selects, motion control for movement recording and recall, weatherproof system control functions, tally control and input, among others. Expansion panels are easily incorporated in to the expansion desktop housing.
Telemetrics will also feature their TM-CPS-CV Convergence Camera Control Software including a large LCD Touchscreen with video capture.
The software will include a multiple camera studio configuration employing the company’s Televator Elevating Pedestal and a custom designed legislative control system including tally display interface. The software includes multi camera presets on a single screen with scene file storage.
Telemetrics will be exhibiting at NAB 2002 in booth L9853 in the LVCC.
