Chyron supply new central routing system to Greek company
Chyron Corporation have confirmed that the new pay-television provider Alpha Digital Synthesis, an affiliate of the Alpha TV Group in Greece, have recently started transmission with Pro-Bel equipment at the heart of the installation.
Working in conjunction with Pro-Bel's Greek Distributor - Kem Electronics Ltd – the equipment was supplied and installed during the latter part of 2001.
The new, central routing system consists of an Eclipse SDI router 128 x 128, an AES Freeway router configured 128 x 64, an Aurora control system with XY control panels and 24 UMD's.
With this investment, Alpha Digital will create the highest level of operational efficiency, with the added benefit that the system will allow them to easily upgrade and expand in the future.
