IDX unveil latest advances to Endura at IBC 2002

IDX Technology, designers and manufacturers of batteries, chargers, and power supplies for the broadcast and professional video industry, will display the latest advance of its Endura range at IBC 2002.
The range has been designed to extend the benefits of high-capacity, durability, lightweight and ‘no-memory’ performance. The latest products from the range on show include the E-80 that provides 82Wh capacity, giving 184 minutes run time at 26W, in a light (730g) package.
The E-80 also features PowerLink for docking with both other E-80 batteries as well as the thousands of E-50 batteries already in use. The E-80S and E-50S batteries from the Endura range will also be on show.
IDX Technology will be exhibiting more of its latest developments. These will include the Endura Tower Charger – a new concept in charging for up to eight batteries with the convenience of front loading – as well as the four-channel VL-4S charger.
Both offer simultaneous charging with individual monitoring and charging regimes that are essential for easy and efficient management of multiple high-capacity batteries. For larger users, Tower Chargers can be mounted in tandem, saving space and increasing productivity. There is also more innovation on the stand including the latest Data System offering another level of battery management.
Also on show is the award-winning NP Li-ion range, NiCd Power, power supplies and IDX accessories.
Nine IDX leading figures will attend the show.
