ATG Broadcast Announces IBC Preview

A leading supplier of broadcast systems planning, design, installation, commissioning and post-installation support services, ATG Broadcast, will be exhibiting its full range of systems integration services on Stand 8.B51 at IBC 2009 in Amsterdam.
The company has the full resources needed to design, pre-build and test complete large-scale installations prior to delivery.
ATG Broadcast provides a single-source guarantee of efficient and reliable broadcast systems integration with optional long-term engineering support. The company is part of the Systems Integration Division of Dan Technologies which also includes Danmon Systems Group and Hiltron Communications.
The division has more than 50 people operating internationally from offices in Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom and Vietnam.
The company's Deputy Director Søren Johansen said: "Broadcasters in many countries have achieved major improvements in picture quality by progressing from analog to digital SD delivery.
"Continuing advances in consumer screen display technology and affordability have reached the point where 1080i HD transmission enables the digital cinema experience to be delivered to every home.
"Broadcasting itself continues to be a competitive business demanding logical workflow to ensure optimal staff efficiency. ATG has long experience as a single-source integrator of ultra-reliable systems with easy future expandability. We also maintain a dedicated systems support department which can be deployed throughout the entire life of an installation."
The ATG Broadcast client list includes some of the world's largest broadcast networks and embraces the latest file-based digital networking technology. Recent contracts include:
  • HD Film & Video Archive upgrade for Imperial War Museum, Cambridge
  • HD-expandable Broadcast Centres for Astro All Asia Networks, Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur
  • HD routing and expansion projects for TV4 Sweden
  • HD signing studio and edit suites for Red Bee Media
ATG Broadcast's turnkey contract experience includes site-structure, air-conditioning, acoustics, lighting, energy conservation, furniture, technical documentation and operator training. Each project is supervised by a dedicated specialist who remains the client contact from commencement to completion.
Danmon Systems Group will co-exhibit with ATG Broadcast on Stand 8. B51.
