Seven Stones Media Commissioned To Create Two Shows For ITV West

Cornwall-based indie, Seven Stones Media, has been commissioned by ITV West to create two news series for the summer schedule.
'A Garden for Eden', a series of seven 30-minute shows presented by Melinda Messenger, offers creative West Country gardeners the opportunity to design and build a garden at the world famous Eden Project. The series will see gardeners competing to make it into the walls of the iconic Eden.
'West Country Property Hunters', a series of six 30-minute shows, covers the ins and outs of property buying in one of the most desirable regions in the UK. From auctions and developers to first-time buyers and eco-builders, the series follows individuals as they try to avoid the property pitfalls and make a profit.
Commenting on the commission, Mike Cunliffe, Series Producer for Seven Stones Media, said: "It's great to be making programmes which have a direct link to the people who will view it. Combined with a great team of presenters and crew from the local area, I'm sure both programmes will generate great interest!"
'A Garden For Eden' was commissioned for ITV West by the Head of Current Affairs and Features at ITV West, James Garrett. Both series were executive produced by Adam Alexander for Seven Stones Media. The programmes will air on ITV West and ITV Westcountry in Summer 2008.
