BBC1's Dance X Winners Launch Fitness Workout DVD

They captivated the nation with their outrageous moves and classy choreography as they stormed to victory in the BBC1 Dance X series - Young stars Phoenix, Marcquelle, Marie, Claire and Rana are back with a bang to guide you through the ultimate post-Christmas workout with their new DVD 'Dance Xtreme: The Workout'.
Under the guidance of Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tolioni, the Winners are about to embark on a major UK arena tour with chart sensation Rihanna.
Dance Xtreme: The Workout injects a new level of fun into keeping fit; viewers can shed those Christmas pounds while learning moves to light up the New Year dance floor.
Dance Xtreme: The Workout consists of five pulse-raising ten-minute routines, each presented by a member of the group, incorporating Pop, Latin, Hip Hop, House and Disco. With a selection to suit any level of ability, Dance Xtreme has been professionally programmed by acclaimed fitness instructor Jackie Diss to
tone the body and help the user feel fit whilst having fun.
Amid growing concerns about exercise levels and soaring obesity rates, Dance Xtreme: The Workout offers the perfect combination of exercise and entertainment.
