Twofour Digital Merges With Makeni

Twofour Digital, the technical and facilities arm of the Twofour Group, has merged with the leading Digital Rights Management and specialist webcasting and web development company, Makeni.
Philip Haggar, co-founder of Makeni said: "I am delighted to be joining the Twofour Digital Board, the move will allow me to build on Makeni's success and offer our clients a broader range of solutions: design and animation, web application development, video production and wap sites. It will ensure that Twofour Digital is a pre-eminent webcasting and technology company."
Twofour Group Managing Director, Mark Hawkins, added: "Makeni's excellent reputation for web and digital media technology will be a great asset to Twofour Digital. As well as welcoming Philip we will be integrating Makeni's exceptional software developers, led by Lee Atkinson, with our 60-strong Digital team. Currently we are working on a number of international webcasting projects in the political arena as well as for major brands including Volkswagen UK and the BBC. With Makeni on board we will be able to grow our technology business even faster and offer all our clients webcasting and content delivery systems second to none."
The Makeni team will be based in Twofour's London Office.
