BFI LAUNCH 100 FAVOURITE TV PROGRAMMES
THE BRITISH Film Institute (bfi) is to launch the 100 favourite British TV programmes this week.
The list is a result of a poll conducted this year amongst members of the television industry UK-wide.
Michael Parkinson, who is a bfi member, will be hosting the event at the Criterion Brassiere in London. It will be an opportunity to see which titles make up the bfi’s ‘100 favourite British TV programmes’ of the 20th century and meet some of the talent involved.
The bfi are not releasing any further information on the programmes, which have been choosen until the launch on September 5th.
