DISCREET APPOINT NEW UK REGIONAL MANAGER

DISCREET, providers of digital content creation, management and distribution tools, have appointed Patrick Jocelyn as their new Regional Manager.
Jocelyn, who will be based at Discreet’s UK headquarters in Dean Street, London, will be responsible for all of the sales and marketing activities in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic countries.
Jocelyn said: “I am looking forward, tremendously, to working with a very strong UK team and building on the recent successes such as the BBC deal. Discreet has just closed a very solid half-year in EMEA and is well equipped to provide real end-to-end solutions. Discreet are forging the way forward with 3D animation for the web, webstreaming, universal mastering, and HD, the future is looking extremely promising indeed.”
Jocelyn joined Discreet in March 1996 and since then has gained significant experience in managing large territories, using his knowledge of the industry to help increase sales both on a direct basis and through dealer channels.
