AVITEL ANNOUNCES NEW US VENTURE
AVITEL Electronics UK have announced the restructuring and relaunch of their US subsidiary, Avitel Corporation.
Avitel's Managing Director Chris Pollard (pictured) will take on the position of President, with Jules Swain as Vice President of sales and marketing.
Pollard said: "Avitel Corporation has been in existence, but dormant, for some years. We have now decided to bring this company out of storage and revitalise it as an active trading entity. We have consolidated all of the equity associated with Avitel Corporation, which is now wholly owned by Avitel UK. Avitel Corporation will initially provide a focus for product marketing and product support in the US although we have not ruled out manufacturing or product development based within the US."
Avitel Electronics is one of the longest established suppliers of equipment to the broadcast, facilities and media industries.
