APR becomes Sony DADC distributor

APR Video Ltd has announced an agreement with Sony DADC.
This agreement means that APR will hold in stock the widest range of CDR and DVDR for the professional user in the UK. The product range is suitable for all types of inkjet and thermal printable requirements.
Speaking after signing the agreement APR Operations Manager David Hewton, said: “The quality and variety of the printable surfaces matched with possibly the best recording medium that we have used is an ideal disc for the customer who expects more from is disc then he presently gets. The volumes of discs that we have commited to mean that the customer can receive his order next day, allowing him to speed up his throughput and without holding excess stock.” APR’s plan will be to hold in excess of 1 million of Sony DADC discs in its distribution facility, allowing for almost any quantity to be dispatched nationally overnight. Bringing together physical and digital solutions, Sony DADC supplies a full line of high-quality products and services to the entertainment business. Services include brand asset management, authoring, editing, copy control, graphic design, mastering, replication, packaging and distribution for optical storage media.
A network of sales agents provides sales support in all European countries and in the Americas.
