BT ENGAGE ATG SPECTRUM FOR NEW STUDIO

BT have awarded ATG Spectrum, independent broadcast systems integrators, the contract to supply a three camera studio for their new auditorium in London.
The three camera television studio suite includes an Avid suite and a graphics production area based around a digital video and analogue infrastructure, designed and installed by ATG Spectrum.
It is intended that the new suite will be used for live contributions to network programming, as well as to shoot various corporate messages and produce BT’s monthly staff programme. The auditorium will be used for press briefings and announcements to analysts, and used for internal and external seminars.
Mark Johnson Consultants, the appointed consultants for BT, have supplied the specifications for the auditorium and are overseeing and approving technical designs.

On site installation is due for competition at the end of February 2001. (CD)
