FUJINON INTRODUCE NEW DIGI ZOOM LENS

FUJINON have introduced their Digi Zoom Demand product, the ERD-10A-D01, which offers one-hand control of zoom, focus and iris on the company's HD and Broadcast Digi Power ENG style lenses.
The Digi Zoom Demand plugs into the lens remote connector located on the under side of the lens servo module and provides zoom speed control, one-shot preset, Quick Zoom, focus or iris control, VTR, and return video.
Mode select switches provide fine, normal, and course zoom control settings. These settings are ideal when switching between productions such as drama and sports and for fine adjustments on long focus length lenses. One Shot Preset of both zoom and focus can be accomplished on lenses that incorporate a servo focus. The new Digi Demand is also compatible with older, non-digital lenses with limited functionality.
All Fujinon Digi Power lenses incorporate a digital servo control system for more precise control of zoom, focus and iris functions. The new Digi Power servo provides greater repeatability and offers extremely high positioning accuracy. All Digi Power lenses feature an RS-232 port for custom control as well as diagnostics.
